Establishment

The Department of Administration of Civil Hospital, though being support service department, is one of the crucial departments for effective and efficient functioning and rendering quality services to the patient approaching Civil Hospital from across states of India. Under the leadership of Medical Superintendent, the Administration department have three departments i.e. General Administration, Administration nursing and Accounts.

The administration department works towards providing to patient with the best possible service through proper infrastructure, maintenance, operational capacity, and organizational awareness to meet all collection and treatment requirements in a highly reliable manner and continue to create a culture which reflects a value for safe work practices, accomplishes established strategic goals, encourages entrepreneurial spirit, an attitude of ownership for the facility and operations, and one that rewards extraordinary accomplishments.

The Administration Department provides administrative support to the Medical Superintendent and all departments, and undertakes overall general management of the Hospital through rendering core functions such as accounting, budgeting, human resources, public information, safety and training, general administration, and representation at various regulatory agencies.

Objectives:
