- Draftsman: Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
- Technician Grade-II: ITI in the relevant trade with 2 years of experience
- Tubewell Operator: ITI in the relevant trade with 5 years of experience
- Plumber: ITI in the relevant trade with 2 years of experience
- Maintenance Assistant: ITI in the relevant trade
- Electrician: ITI in the relevant trade
- Instrument Repairer: Diploma in the relevant trade

Age Limit:
- Minimum age: 18 years (for some posts 21 years)
