AAI ATC Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Science (B.Sc.) with Physics and Mathematics
- OR
- Full-time regular BE/B.Tech degree in any discipline (Physics & Mathematics should be subjects in any one of the semesters curriculum)
Age Limit:
- Maximum age: 27 years as of the cut-off date mentioned in the official notification
- Age relaxation applicable as per government norms for reserved categories

AAI ATC Job Pay Scale & Salary Details
Selected candidates will be appointed in the E1 grade with a pay scale of ₹40,000-3%-140,000. The total compensation package includes basic pay, dearness allowance, perks (35% of basic pay), and other benefits such as HRA, CPF, gratuity, and social security schemes as per AAI rules. The approximate Cost to Company (CTC) for an ATC at the beginning of their career is around ₹12-13 lakhs per annum.
