ITBP Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- For Super Specialist Medical Officer: MBBS degree with a post-graduate degree or diploma in the relevant super specialty
- For Specialist Medical Officer: MBBS degree with a post-graduate degree or diploma in the relevant specialty
- For Medical Officer: MBBS degree from a recognized university
Age Limit:
- Super Specialist Medical Officer: Not exceeding 50 years
- Specialist Medical Officer: Not exceeding 40 years
- Medical Officer: Not exceeding 30 years

- Medical Officer (Assistant Commandant): Pay Level 10 (₹56,100 – ₹177,500)
In addition to the basic pay, candidates will be eligible for various allowances as per government norms.
