UKPSC Lecturer Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must have completed a Post-graduate (PG) degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
- Additionally, candidates should possess a two-year Bachelor’s of Education degree from an institution recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
Age Limit:
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 42 years
- The age will be calculated as of July 1, 2024.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms for reserved categories.

UKPSC Lecturer Job Pay Scale & Salary Details
The selected candidates for the UKPSC Lecturer positions will be placed in Pay Matrix Level 10. The basic salary range for these positions is from Rs. 47,600 to Rs. 1,51,100 per month, plus additional allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA) and House Rent Allowance (HRA). This competitive pay scale reflects the importance of the role and the qualifications required for the position.
