Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must have passed the Matriculation (10th class) examination from B.S.E Odisha or an equivalent recognized board.
- Odia must have been a main subject in the Matriculation examination.
- Possession of a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) or Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving license is mandatory.
