COH Gujarat Staff Nurse Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
- Basic B.Sc. in Nursing (Regular) from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council or Gujarat Nursing Council.
- OR General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) Diploma from a recognized institution.
- OR For ANM/Female Health Workers currently employed in government roles, at least 10 years of experience and a GNM or B.Sc. Nursing degree.
Additional Requirement:
- Candidates must be registered as nurses with the Gujarat Nursing Council.
Age Limit:
- Minimum: 20 years
- Maximum: 40 years (as of November 3, 2024)

Selected candidates will receive a fixed salary of ₹40,800 per month for the first five years on a contractual basis. After this initial period, based on performance evaluation, they may be eligible for a salary as per Pay Matrix Level-5, ranging from ₹29,200 to ₹92,300.
