DSE Assam Teacher Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Candidates must be permanent residents of Assam1.
- Educational Qualifications:
- For Graduate Teachers (TGT): Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject along with a B.Ed. degree.
- For Post-Graduate Teachers (PGT): A Master’s degree in the relevant subject is required, along with a B.Ed. degree.

DSE Assam Teacher Job Pay Scale & Salary Details
The selected candidates will be offered a competitive salary package. For Graduate Teachers, the scale of pay is Rs. 14,000/- to 70,000/- including Grade Pay of Rs. 8,700/- PM (under Pay Band-2) plus other allowances as admissible. The salary structure for Post-Graduate Teachers may be higher and will be specified in the official notification.
