HURL Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
For Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET):
- Full-time regular B.E./B.Tech. degree or AMIE in relevant engineering disciplines1.
For Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET):
- Full-time 3-year Diploma in relevant engineering fields or B.Sc. (3 years) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) for Chemical DET.
Age Limit (as of September 30, 2024):
- Graduate Engineer Trainee: 18-30 years
- Diploma Engineer Trainee: 18-27 years

HURL Job Pay Scale & Salary Details
For Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET), HURL offers a competitive salary package. During the training period, GETs will receive a stipend along with other benefits. After successful completion of the training, they will be placed in the regular pay scale.
For Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET), the salary structure includes a stipend of ₹23,000 plus HRA or accommodation during the training period. Upon regularization, the pay scale will range from ₹23,000 to ₹76,200, with an approximate CTC of ₹7.7 lakhs per annum. Additional benefits include Provident Fund and Mediclaim insurance.
