Educational Qualifications:
  • Diploma Trainee (Electrical): Full-time 3-year Diploma in Electrical/Electrical (Power)/Electrical and Electronics/Power Systems Engineering/Power Engineering (Electrical) with minimum 70% marks (pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD)

  • Assistant Trainee (F&A):
    • During Training: Pay scale of ₹21,500-3%-74,000 (IDA) at W3 level
    • Post-Training: Absorption as Assistant (F&A) at W4 level (₹22,000-3%-85,000 IDA)
    • Approximate Annual CTC: ₹10.3 Lakhs
